Episodes
Noted - Episode 148: Blues v Sens
The Blues come out and dominate a tired Senators team who had their backup goalie in. This was always going to be a game where the Blues needed to get a W in the situation. But doing so emphatically was something this Blues team and fans can take some confidence in. The McDouble line is clicking, Buch is back, Neighbours is heating up, the 4th line is chipping in and the D Core hasn't looked this good in a very long time. We break it all down in an action-packed pod and we don't even know where to start. LGB Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 147: Blues v Blue Jackets
The Blues showed some grit and determination after falling behind 0-2 to CBJ early in the game. But then Ross Johnston started chucking hands, Jake Neighbours pots one, Snuggerud wakes up the first line and Berggren's hard work pays off in a GWG. We're also continuing to see terrific penalty kills and solid efforts on the 5-6 situation. Jim Montgomery and the leadership group pushed all the right buttons to get the boys back on the right foot. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 146: Blues v Sharks
The Blues go down in horrendous fashion to a Celebriniless Sharks in OT. The Macattack continues to shine. Depth pieces are chipping in. First line is absent. They have to get going if this team wants a shot on playoff contention. That's all. https://tinyurl.com/DKTHPNsignup Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 145: Blues v Hawks
Today we talk about the tragic loss to the Blackhawks. In a night that saw a huge momentum swing - not by any play on the ice, but rather a call off the ice when McMichael's goal was called back, the Blues couldn't overcome the adversity and gave up 2 quick goals in the second and were skating uphill since. We're seeing some strong displays from Parayko, McTavish and McMichael, but the sense of urgency wasn't there until it was too late. Seems like a story we've seen unfold many times. Tomorrow night we have another chance to change the narrative around this team's slow starts, but we need to get out and on them early. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 144: Blues v Avs
The Blues predictably go down to the Avs in a horrendous back to back to start the season. Weren't many highlights from this game. We got out classed in almost every facet of the game. Dvorsky did pot his second of the season in what looks like a confidence builder for the kid and we know that depth scoring is something this team sorely needs. That said, the Avalanche are just a much better team at this point and we have some work to do to get on their level. The PK looks strong, but the PP still struggles. The Blues will need to put that one behind us and get ready for the tilt against Chicago in another Central division showdown. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 143: Blues v Stars
Jake and Brendan hop over the boards to bring you a recap from Game 1 against Dallas. Do we owe this team a massive apology? Yes, yes we do. The boys came out of the gates buzzing, taking down the Dallas Stars 4-0 in their own barn. It was a great start for a team that didn't look great in preseason. With the regular season commencing, all that is put in the past with newcomers getting on the board early and some very strong signals that this team could be tough to play against. We'll take some momentum into our tilt with the Avs tonight in Denver. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode: 142
The boys join in to talk about the end of preseason camp and the start of the 26-27 season. We talk about preseason team predictions, player stocks we're buying or selling, and breakout or bust candidates. It's a crucial season for the Blues as they look to continue developing their young talent while building the plane as it's flyingm hopefully into a playoff spot. We're cynically optimistic this season will go well after a very underwhelming camp. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.

Noted - Episode 136: NHL Draft Review
The Blues had a busy week, dealing Kyrou, picking up McMichael, and also trading away picks for Mason McTavish. We don't think this is how anyone expected this year's draft to go, but it sets the Blues up nicely down the middle of the ice, which was an area of concern the last few years. It'll be interesting to see how these moves pan out in the years to come. The Noted team break things down in this edition of the pod Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.

The guys breakdown the Sabres road to the Playoffs, what the energy is like on the ground in Buffalo and connections between the Blues and Sabres. Noted - Episode 130: Blues v Blackhawks, Wild & Penguins
3 games, 3 wins as the Blues sprint towards the end of the season. These are glorified beer league games, but you have to love the way this team cares about how they finish and don't quit on the fans of St. Louis, as they continue to sell out Enterprise and show up for this team. We talk about standout performances, team pontential and other highlights from the last few games. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Noted - Episode 127: Blues v Sharks and Leafs
It's official, the Blues are buzzing. Huge 4-game win streak underscored by big performances by our goalies, young swedes and the top line. We continue to cruise and make the race interesting. Long shot, but there's no quit in this Blues team. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 126: Blues v Capitals
HOFer pitches a shutout, Berggy gets another assist, Stennberg falls just short of a Gordie Howe Hat Trick, Snuggeruud snipes another and we had fireworks all over the ice on Bobby Plager night. The Blues are 9-4 in their last 13. We're on a nice little run as the playoff picture becomes more of a fantasy than a reality, but you do have to love the way the Blues are playing. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 125: Blues v Flames and Canucks
We had some mixed results on the Canadian road trip as the Blues take 3 of 6 available points. We're still getting strong performances from our top dogs but the depth scoring just hasn't been there to get us over the hump. We breakdown what we liked and didn't like from our trip to the North as well as a little fantasy GM. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 124: Blues v Jets
The Blues take the L in Winnipeg in a hard fought game where we just came up short. We fought to the last whistle with Holloway scoring to bring us within 1 with just under a minute to play. However, the early mistakes proved costly and we just couldn't get over the hill. The Noted guys break down the performance, highlight player performances and discuss what went right and wrong. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 123: Blues v Canes and Oilers
In a stressful week of hockey, the Blues take down two of the best teams in the league, with incredible goalie performances from Binnington and Hofer. The first line stays hot and we started getting some contributions from our depth players as well as Cam Fowler going on a 6-game point streak. If we gave up on this team, I'm glad they didn't give up on each other. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 122: Blues v Isles
The Blues blow a 3-0 lead in OT as the Isles take the game at Enterprise on an emotional night for Brayden Schenn's return. We played hard and had some big contributions from our top line Forwards and Defensemen, as well as a stellar display of goaltending from HOFer, but in the end it wasn't enough. Back to the drawing board as we continue to push for something that is rather hard to describe. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 121: Blues v Ducks
The Blues took on the young bucks from Anaheim and did so emphatically. One of the best games of the season with big contributions from the top line, 3rd pairing defense and Joel Hofer. We discuss the Robert Thomas Interview on Jeff Marek's the sheet, as well as the redemption arc for Jordan Kyrou. Let's play some puck boys! Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.

Noted - Episode 119: Blues v Kraken
The boys jump on to talk about the shocking turn of events with the deal in place to send Parayko to the Sabres, and subsequent refusal to waive the NTC that killed trade in its tracks. We also breakdown parts of the game against the Kraken and the sudden emergence Logan "Mayday" Mailloux. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.

Noted - Episode 117: Blues vs. Preds, Jackets and Stars
The Blues are playing an exciting brand of hockey with contributions up and down the lineup right now. They aren't winning games, which is probably for the best, but at least we're watching a team that is interested in playing some offense and getting key pieces on the board. We talk about recent performances, future moves and some Olympics in this edition of the Noted Podcast. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.

See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 115: Blues v Stars and Kings
They were well fought games with big contributions from our young players including Dvorsky, Stennberg and Jimmy Snuggeruud with veterans like Pavel Buchnevic, Schenn and Kyrou chipping in as well. However, it wasn't enough for this Blues team as they drop 4 straight in relatively entertaining affairs. The special teams remains an issue, but the Powerplay managed to get some Mojo going. In the end, we were outshined by the stars of Dallas and Los Angeles as we get a step closer to a higher draft pick. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 114: Blues v Bolts, Oilers and Jets
The Blues only take 1 of 3 in this span of games, most disappointingly losing to the Jets 1-3 in their last tilt. The Noted guys break down what's gone wrong with this team, Otter's exit and Head Coaching promotion/demotion, the offense and the future of this team. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 113: Blues v Canes
An impressive win for the boys as they shutout a top team in the Carolina Hurricanes as they come into town. Hofer with another shutout, putting him tied for the league lead in the category. Young players stepping up and Kyrou having a big game underscored a big W for the Blues the night after the Hall Of Fame dinner, which appears to have galvanized the group. It was also awesome to see TJ Oshie back in the building, calling a Blues game for ESPN in a full circle-type moment. Good vibes all around. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 112: Blues v Mammoth and Knights
The Blues have lost their third straight game for what seems like the 45th time this season. There was some fight back, but in the end it wasn't enough. The offense continues to struggle and the defense is a bit leaky. We break down the state of the Blues and Spoiler Alert: it's not favorable Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 111 - Blues v Blackhawks (Special Guest Alex Shapiro)
Today we breakdown the Blues loss to the Chicago Blackhawks with our special guest, Chicago Sports Reporter, Alex Shapiro. Another devastating loss where we can't tell which direction this team wants to go. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 110: Blues v Avs, Knights and Habs
It's been a hectic few days for the boys as we rung in the New Year, and we continue to be on the seesaw. Terrible game against the avs, somewhat expectedly but we responded with two great wins against top teams with terrific individual performances from guys you would expect and some you wouldn't. This was a pleasure to break down. Happy New Year! Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 109: Blues v Sabres
The Blues go down to Buffalo in a heartbreaker. We came out strong and looked like the vintage Blues in the first period. We had a chance to tie it up in the last minute of the game, but as we've seen time and again this season, we failed to take our chance and the puck ends up in the back of our net to kill the game off. Hofer was electric, but the Blues failed to back him up with run support after playing 2 periods of lifeless hockey. It's a tough bounce but that's how she goes. Looking forward to taking on the league leading Avalanche in a tantalizing tilt. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 108: Blues v Preds
The Blues take down the Preds in a real redemption game against the division rivals who embarrassingly beat us in the last two meetings. Joel Hofer was phenomenal again, and Pavel Buchnevic was the star of the show as he pots two goals in this thriller. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 107 - Blues v Bolts (Christmas Episode)
The Blues go down to Tampa in a lifeless effort from puck drop. Discipline was naughty, shot suppression was nice. Offense was naughty. Justin Faulk was nice. It's been a seesaw season, but we're on the ride and hoping this team can turn it around in a meaningful way. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 106: Blues v. The World
The New look Note took on a gauntlet of teams in the last couple days and were able to come away with points and wins. With the young swedes producing and top lines stepping up, it feels like this team is starting to build something despite the ups and downs of the season. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 105 - Blues v Bruins, Preds and Hawks
Mixed emotions as we see the lowest of lows this season, and then get back at our division rivals, the Chicago Blackhawks in the latest tilt. We're battling through major absences on the roster, but the first line is buzzing, Mailloux gets his first and the call ups are getting on the board. It's been a weird season and we're still on the roller coaster. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 104: Blues v Bruins, Sens and Habs
The Blues take 2 of 3 and find themselves just 2 points out of a wild card spot after this recent string of games. Off the backs of performances from Hofer, Schenn, Buchnevich and Neighbours, the Blues can put themselves in a playoff spot if they can break the threshold of 3 wins in a row against Boston, with a chance of retribution. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 103: Blues v Ducks
The Blues had their chances and looked the better team last night, but poor early goaltending and lack of clinical finishing sunk the Blues against a very good and well coached Ducks team. We went 0-6 on the PP to the 28th ranked Penalty Kill. Hard pill to swallow, but we have to move on and get ready for Boston. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 102: Blues v Devils, Sens and Mammoth
Happy Thanksgiving to our listeners and happy 2-game winning streak for the Blues. We've been playing some gritty games and haven't always ended up on the right side of the result but we are only two points out of a wild card at this stage of the season, which is a crazy thing to say. We breakdown some of the more iconic moments from the last couple games and highlight some of the performances we thought merited attention. Let's go Blues! Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 101: Blues v Rangers
The Blues fought back after going down 3-1 but end up losing this game in another disappointing tilt for St. Louis. There were some rough performances and some strong ones but these Blues just can't put it all together at this point in the season. We have another chance against a strong Devils team to have a productive road trip, but the playoff picture is starting to fade out of view. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 100: Blues v Islanders
It's our 100th Episode and the Blues delivered a memorable win with Binnington making huge saves in the dying embers of the game. Pavel Buchnevich and Schenn combined for a 5on5 goal to start us off. The Kyrou, Holloway and Suter lines are starting to heat up. Is this the start of something good. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Noted - Episode 99: Blues v Flyers II
The boys drop another 2-goal lead to the flyers. This is starting to become a weekly tradition against the flyers. We had a great performance from Faulk, and a decent performance from Hofer, but it simply wasn't enough. Our top guys need to show up in a material way if we're to have any chance of doing anything exciting this season. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
