There are principles, celebrations, and challenges that are unique to leading a group of people within our 4 C's - Community, Care, Christ-Centered Conversations, and being the Church with one another. We aim to equip your leadership journey through monthly conversations between Jen and Matt, which come from their personal experiences in the beautiful and powerful arena of community life. Introduction of the podcast and your hosts, Jen McCourt and Matt Taylor. They talk through our discipleship strategy including new leader equipping, a celebration of Easter weekend 2023, and introduce this season's version of discipleship groups called Breathe groups. One of our church rhythms is Breathing the Word In and Out. In an effort to support this rhythm, we launched groups that will be going through a study of Ephesians.
