You Live in Three Time Zones. Which One Has You Trapped?

2026-10-1327:26

Which time zone do you live in: the past, the present, or the future? Most of us never notice that our thinking lives in three time zones. Most people get trapped in the past (regret, replaying, beating yourself up) or the future (fear, uncertainty, what-ifs). In this coaching session, Rob walks through how to delight in all three, using the same notice, evaluate, replace, repeat practice from the last few coaching sessions. You’ll HearWhy the kingdom is an inside jobThe three time zones: past, present, futureHow to know which one you’re trapped inPast: focus on the good memoriesPast: find the purpose in the hard thingsFuture: love the gap between where you are and where you’re goingFuture: love the future you God designedPresent: practice love with image bearersPresent: redeem the timeThankfulness as the doorway to loveScriptures: Philippians 3:13–14, Psalm 77:11, James 1:2–4, Proverbs 16:9, Ephesians 5:15–16, Psalm 90:12Journal PromptsAsk the Holy Spirit: Which time zone do I dominate in? You Want Stronger Faith? It's Spelled R-I-S-K

2026-10-0625:27

What if the missing piece in your faith isn't more belief, but a risk you haven't taken yet?In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton continues the coaching series with the second half of Jesus' first command: repent and believe. If repentance is changing the way you think, belief is where that change has to show up in your whole life.Rob breaks down what Jesus meant when he told people "your faith has made you well," and shows that faith is your spirit, soul, and body all moving in the same direction on one truth. He tells the story of the woman who reached for Jesus' cloak, then gets personal about his own three-year journey out of sexual addiction, when his spirit and mind said yes to Jesus but his body kept doing the opposite. He also gets honest about the areas where his faith still falls short today. From there, Rob gives you a practical path for growing faith in a specific area: retrain your brain with your imagination, then take the risk when the opportunity comes. In the kingdom, he says, faith is spelled R-I-S-K.This is a coaching session, so grab a notebook. Rob wants you to apply it this week. You'll HearWhy Jesus kept saying "your faith has made you well"What faith actually is: spirit, soul, and body aligned on one truthWhat it looks like to be double-minded, and why Jesus calls that lukewarmWhat the woman who touched Jesus' cloak shows us about faith in actionRob's story of moving from sexual addiction to purity, and what alignment looked like along the wayHow to use your imagination to retrain your brainWhy faith requires risk, and how failing is part of growing itA simple question for finding your kingdom purpose: what one thing from heaven do you want to see on earth?Journal PromptsHoly Spirit, show me an area where I'm not aligned in faith between my spirit, soul, and body.Holy Spirit, give me imaginations of how that would look in heaven. (Journal his answer in the first person.)What training is required? What reprogramming does my body need to match what my spirit and soul are saying?Missed the first part? The Vision Behind 100xLife, and What's Next

2026-09-2914:50

What would it take to see an entire generation of Christians known for how well they love?In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton steps away from the usual format to share something more personal, the vision behind 100xLife, and an invitation to partner in it.For years, Rob and Nancy have quietly funded this ministry themselves. They still don't take any money from the book, that goes to Amazon, not to them. But as more people have asked how they can give, Rob felt it was time to explain the full vision: why this ministry exists specifically for people who've already said yes to Jesus and now want the transformation he promises, why coaches are the key to multiplying that transformation, and what's being built next, a dedicated 100xLife app, a coaching platform, and a chronological harmony of the gospels Rob has been working on.This episode is an honest, humble look behind the curtain of a ministry built on the conviction that saying yes to Jesus is only the beginning, and that the real work, and the real joy, is in what comes after. You'll HearWhy 100xLife exists for people who've already said yes to Jesus, not as an evangelism toolThe story behind the Brat House, and what it taught Rob about the reputation of ChristiansWhy coaches, not content alone, are central to how this movement growsWhat the new 100xLife app will include, and why it's being builtA preview of the 100xLife Harmony Gospel Rob is developingWhy Rob and Nancy have chosen not to profit from the bookAn invitation to partner financially in the next season of this ministryLinks 🤝 Partner with 100xLife → https://www.100xlife.com/invest📘 100xLife Book → https://www.100xlife.com/book 🔥 Become a 100xLife Coach → https://www.100xlife.com/coaching 🚀 Take the 62 Day Challenge → https://www.100xlife.com/challeng

There Are Three Ways to Think. Which One Are You?

2026-09-2230:33

There are three ways to think. Which one are you? Most of us assume our thoughts are just... ours. True by default, ours to have, not really up for question. In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton challenges that assumption directly, and gives you a framework to actually test it.Rob names three distinct patterns people fall into without realizing it: the thought predator, who treats every thought as absolute truth and slides into comparison and entitlement; the thought victim, who fears their own mind and spirals into self-condemnation; and the thought director, the one who's learned to notice a thought, question it, and replace it with something truer. Most people bounce between the first two their whole lives, never knowing a third option exists. From there, Rob walks through the actual mechanics of becoming a thought director, a simple, repeatable four-step practice: notice, evaluate, replace, repeat, drawing on Paul's instruction to take every thought captive. He shows exactly how he applies it in real time, including a personal example from a recent trip through the airport. This is a practical, hands-on episode, closer to a coaching session than a conversation, meant to be journaled through rather than just listened to.You'll HearWhy repentance means "change the way you think," not "feel sorry"The three thought patterns: thought predator, thought victim, and thought directorWhy your emotions aren't truth, they're how you imagine the truthPaul's strategy for "taking every thought captive" in 2 Corinthians 10Rob's four-step practice: notice, evaluate, replace, repeatA real example of Rob catching and replacing a judgmental thoughtWhy full alignment of spirit, soul, and body is what Rob calls faithJournal PromptsWhat's a dominant thought you're having that feels negative? How does this thought make you feel?Who would you become without this thought?Jesus, what thought would you have in this situation? A Hard Season, A Stronger Marriage | With Pete Miko

2026-09-1546:31

What if the hardest season of your life could also be the one that makes your marriage the strongest it's ever been?In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton sits down with longtime friend Pete Miko, a graduate of the Master's Program and a 100xLife Coach, for an honest conversation about what happens when your marriage and your business are moving in opposite directions at the same time.Pete shares candidly about a season where his relationship with his wife has grown stronger even as his business has gone through real hardship, and how learning to see his wife the way God sees her, rather than reacting to her in the moment, has completely changed how he shows up for her. He and Rob dig into what it actually means to have an eternal mindset in marriage, why taking up your cross is often most real with your spouse, and why physical discipline (staying in the gym, literally) plays a bigger role in emotional and spiritual resilience than most men realize. You'll HearWhat made the eternal mindset "the best thing anybody's ever told" Pete about his marriageWhat it means to be "in knowledge of your wife"Why business hardship and marital growth showed up in Pete's life at the same timeWise counsel for facing more than one trial at onceThe connection between physical discipline and spiritual resilienceWhy finishing strong means thinking about the legacy you leave your kidsJournal PromptHoly Spirit, why do you love my spouse so much? What is it about their design that you're particularly fond of?About Pete Miko Pete and Rob go back to the late 90s, back when Rob first met Nancy, and they've been tracking together ever since, including in one of Rob's earliest Band of Brothers prayer groups. A Piece of Your Mind vs. the Peace of Christ | With Carmen LaBerge

2026-09-081:01:57

What if the thing that finally made God feel real to you wasn't a sermon, but a season of grief you never asked for?In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton sits down with Carmen LaBerge, host of the daily syndicated radio program The Reconnect with Carmen LaBerge and a longtime friend of the podcast. Carmen holds a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, but this conversation isn't about credentials. It's about what actually makes faith real.Carmen traces her story back to age fifteen, when she lost a close friend and then her father within the same year. In the middle of that grief, she describes an experience of God that's never left her: being held. That sense of being held is what allows her to walk into hard conversations and other people's pain without flinching. From there, the conversation moves into what it looks like to bring Christ into everyday conversations without sounding like a sermon, including Carmen's framework for evaluating her own thought life, and a candid conversation about how easily Christians drift toward the occult without realizing it.You'll HearCarmen's story of losing her father at fifteen, and being "held" by GodWhy she says "your business belongs to God"Her daily practice of asking "where in the word are you today?"Her framework for evaluating your thought life: what, how, and why you're thinkingThe difference between "a piece of your mind" and "the peace of the mind of Christ"How Christians unknowingly drift toward the occultJournal PromptsHoly Spirit, show me a thought I'm having that is inconsistent with the mind of Christ.Holy Spirit, give me the prevailing thought you want me to have that is like Christ's.About Carmen LaBerge Carmen is a Christian media personality committed to getting God into every conversation. Nobody Outgrows Needing a Coach

2026-09-0126:50

What if the reason your growth has plateaued isn't a lack of effort, but a lack of coaching? In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton makes the case that every single person needs a kingdom coach, and every single person is becoming one. Drawing on decades of his own coaching experiences, from a high school cross country coach to the coaching relationships built into the 100xLife process, Rob reframes discipleship itself as kingdom coaching, and explains why this relationship should never be a one-way street.Using the four R's from his book, retain, resist, refocus, reproduce, Rob walks through Jesus' parable of the sower to show why growth in following Jesus isn't a one-time achievement but a lifelong process. He makes a compelling case for why even the most seasoned pastors, teachers, and coaches still need someone coaching them, and why a coach who isn't being coached themselves doesn't actually believe in the process they're offering others. This episode also makes a direct, practical challenge: consider becoming a 100xLife Coach yourself, and consider who your own kingdom coach should be right now. You'll HearWhy Rob considers every good coach a "kingdom coach," whether or not faith is explicitly part of the relationshipThe four R's, retain, resist, refocus, reproduce, and how they map to the parable of the sowerWhy "refocus" might be the most overlooked and necessary of the fourWhy even renowned pastors and Bible scholars need a kingdom coachWhat near-death experience research reveals about why this world is so easy to get lost inWhy Rob believes coaching should typically be a paid relationship, not a free oneA direct challenge to consider becoming a 100xLife Coach yourselfJournal PromptHoly Spirit, remind me of the kingdom coaches who have been in my life. What Do You Do When God Doesn't Heal You? | With JD Fitz, MD

2026-08-2547:29

What happens to your relationship with God when the healing you're praying for never comes? In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton talks with his brother-in-law JD Fitz, a retired physician, husband, and author of Finding Hope, about a season of suffering that started with a knee replacement and became a years-long journey through infection, amputation, failed surgeries, and the real possibility that he may never walk again. This conversation doesn't offer easy answers. JD speaks candidly about feeling isolated from God, the anger he never quite let himself feel, the depression that followed, and the slow, costly work of surrender that eventually opened into something he didn't expect, a deepened capacity for empathy, a renewed intimacy with each member of the Trinity, and a clearer sense of purpose than he'd ever had before his suffering began.Rob and JD trace the actual shape of that journey together, from crisis, to lament, to surrender, to a kind of purpose neither of them could have written down in advance. Along the way, they wrestle honestly with why some people are healed and others aren't, what it means to trust a Father who could heal you and doesn't, and how suffering, handled honestly, can become one of the clearest pathways into a deeper capacity to love. You'll HearJD's story, from knee replacement to amputation to the ongoing possibility he may never walk againWhy he initially felt isolated from God, and what shifted thatHis metaphor for healing as "God's lightning," and why not every prayer gets struckHow Romans 5 and Hebrews 5 reshaped his understanding of suffering and obedienceWhy empathy, not answers, became the clearest fruit of his sufferingThe moment he realized his own prosthetic leg had quietly become a kind of golden calfWhy surrender, not acceptance, is the more accurate Christian posture toward sufferingWhat it means to build a "values-based obituary" instead of an achievement-based oneJournal PromptsHoly Spirit, remind me of a specific time I was suffering.Jesus, what did you teach me in this season of suffering? You Can Have More of God Than You Think | With Holly Malmsten

2026-08-181:01:51

Have you ever wondered if there's more of God available to you than you're currently experiencing? In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton sits down with longtime friend Holly Malmsten to revisit the early days of Santa Barbara House of Prayer, including Holly's story of sensing two angels in the space, and Rob's own angelic encounter from that same season. But the real center of this conversation is what comes after. Rob and Holly dig into a truth they've both independently arrived at, that there's no ceiling on how much of God we get to experience, only the limits we've unknowingly placed in our own minds. They talk about what it means to be fully aligned with Jesus in spirit, soul, and body, why so many of us operate from emotion or craving instead of our spirit, and how something as simple as breath can bring the whole being into agreement with his love. This is a rich, unhurried conversation between two people who've spent years learning just how much more of God is actually available. You'll HearThe origin story of Santa Barbara House of PrayerHolly's experience sensing two angels present in that spaceRob's own angelic encounter, and the question that convinced him it was realWhy there's no real limit on how much of God we can experience, only the ones in our own mindsWhy love, not theology, reveals God's nature working in usWhat it means to be fully aligned with Jesus, spirit, soul, and bodyHow breathwork can bring the body into alignment with God's loveJournal PromptAsk God: tell me how connected I am to you. How Coaching Others Changed How They Follow Jesus | With John Van Lenten + Jim Johnson

2026-08-1154:39

What if teaching someone else how to follow Jesus is the fastest way to grow your own faith? In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton sits down with two 100xLife Coaches from Santa Barbara, John Van Lenten and Jim Johnson, both longtime friends who recently led groups through the summer challenge.John and Jim share what they call "the practical side of abiding," the idea that following Jesus isn't a burden, but the actual blueprint for a life of health, freedom, and joy. They talk about why going through the same material again and again still uncovers new layers, how forgiveness and obedience are now backed by modern science, and how coaching others has kept their own faith sharp and accountable. The conversation also turns toward something Rob has been thinking about deeply, that love may be the one thing we actually carry into eternity. Drawing on the book Imagine Heaven and near-death experience accounts, the three wrestle with what heaven might actually be about, and how that reshapes what matters most here on earth. If you've ever wondered what it looks like to lead others through a process that changed your own life, this episode offers an honest, encouraging look at what that involves. You'll HearWhy John and Jim describe coaching as "the practical side of abiding"How the metaphor of being "a room in the Father's house" reframes obedienceWhy practicing the words of Jesus is showing up in health and psychology researchWhat keeps John and Jim coming back to the same material, and still finding new depthWhy coaching has kept both men more accountable in their own faithHow the idea that "love is the only thing we take to heaven" reshapes what matters nowWhat resources are available for anyone considering becoming a 100xLife CoachAbout John Van Lenten and Jim Johnson John and Jim are both 100xLife Coaches based in Santa Barbara, leading journey groups through Influencers and guiding others through the 62-Day Challenge.Interested in Coaching? 🔥 Become a 100xLife Coach → https://www.100xlife.com/coachingLinks 📘 100xLife Book → https://www.100xlife.com/book 🚀 Take the 62 Day Challenge → https://www.100xlife.com/challengeRecommended Reading 📖 Don't Waste Your Life by John Piper 📖 Imagine Heaven by John Burke

50 Years in Men's Ministry Taught Him This | With Bob Johnson

2026-08-0449:36

What if serving other people isn't a burden, but the thing that actually sets you free?In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton talks with Bob Johnson, a man who recently completed the 100xLife Challenge and has spent decades building men's ministry, from the early days of Influencers in Bakersfield to gatherings that now draw over a thousand men into the mountains each year.Bob shares his story candidly: a ten-year detour chasing baseball and softball around the world, an altar moment in 1989 that changed everything, and decades since spent building men's community rooted in service, honesty, and freedom. He and Rob dig into what actually galvanizes men, not performance or machismo, but the freedom to stop hiding, to be real, and to serve instead of posture. The conversation moves through some of the most memorable moments of Bob's ministry life: cleaning toilets before ever being handed a microphone, the difference between having to serve and getting to serve, and a simple but piercing insight about Holy Spirit that reframes prayer entirely. Along the way, Bob and Rob connect the dots between freedom, servanthood, and Rob's own recent revelation that everything in creation exists for one purpose: inviting us to choose love, and giving us a place to practice it.Bob has now become a 100xLife Coach himself, and shares what excites him most about bringing this process to the men in his life, including a group he's launching in January. You'll HearWhy Bob says freedom, not effort, is the real key to lasting transformationWhat actually gets grown men to open up and be honest with each otherThe story of choosing to clean toilets instead of taking the microphoneWhy "you get to" changed Bob's whole posture toward serving othersA piercing insight about why the church often treats the Holy Spirit like "Uncle It"How Rob's new thinking on love as the purpose of creation lines up with Bob's own journeyWhat "AI: Available and Intentional" means as a simple, doable practice of evangelismWhy Bob calls the process, not the destination, the actual pointJournal PromptsIf I could bring one thing from heaven to earth right now, in my imagination, what would it be? It's Not Good to Be Alone | With Jacob Reeve

2026-07-281:06:23

What if the thing making your marriage, your prayer life, and your walk with God feel stuck isn't a lack of knowledge, but a lack of wholeness? In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton sits down with longtime friend and ministry partner Jacob Reeve, founder of The Wholeness Method, for a wide-ranging conversation that moves from the wild early days of planting a house of prayer in downtown Santa Barbara to the science and theology behind what actually makes a marriage thrive.Jacob shares the story behind the name House of Prayer, a vision he couldn't ignore even when it cost him key partners, and reflects on fasting as a discipline that trains what he calls the anti-sin muscle, the part of the brain that grows every time we tell our body no. From there, the conversation turns to identity, aloneness, and why God's first "not good" in Scripture was about a person having no one else. The back half of the episode gets practical. Jacob unpacks the four traits of the top 20% of marriages, the eight intimacy blueprints he's studied across more than a thousand couples, and why nervous system regulation, not just communication skills, is often the missing piece in resolving conflict well. This is a conversation about wholeness in the fullest sense: body, soul, and spirit, aligned and working together, so that love has somewhere real to land. You'll HearThe vision that led Jacob to name a ministry "House of Prayer," even when it meant losing early partnersWhy fasting is really about exercising authority over sin, not just self-disciplineHow the "anterior mid-cingulate cortex" backs up an ancient spiritual practice with modern scienceWhy God's first "not good" in creation was about aloneness, not sinThe four traits shared by the top 20% of thriving marriagesWhat nervous system regulation has to do with real intimacy and conflict resolutionThe eight intimacy blueprints Jacob has identified after studying over 1,000 couplesWhy vulnerability, not agreement, is what actually creates safety in relationshipsJournal PromptHoly Spirit, where are you calling me to be congruent in my spirit, soul, and body so that I can practice wholeness?About Jacob ReeveJacob is the founder of The Wholeness Method, a ministry focused on individual, marital, and relational wholeness through the integration of biblical counseling, nervous system science, and practical tools for intimacy and communication. You Don't Need a Pulpit to Be the Light | With Andrew Steier

2026-07-2151:34

What if the way you see a stranger in the grocery store says more about the condition of your heart than anything you'd admit out loud?In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton sits down with Andrew Steier, founder of Always Going, an evangelism ministry built around one simple but radical idea: you don't have to bring a pulpit into everyday life to be a light in it. Andrew calls it overflow evangelism, the practice of loving God so fully that love naturally spills out into ordinary moments, whether that's the grocery store, the mall, or a Sunday morning at church.Rob and Andrew dig into why so many Christians live like they're avoiding a cosmic kill joy rather than walking in the freedom Jesus actually offers. They talk about calibration, the daily practice of returning to God's truth instead of drifting into old patterns, and why self-denial, done rightly, doesn't cost us anything. It fills us.This conversation also gets personal. Rob opens up about his own struggle to find joy in church, and Andrew walks him through a reframe that applies far beyond Sunday mornings: church isn't a place to be served. It's a place to practice. If you've ever caught yourself judging a stranger, feeling drained by community instead of filled by it, or wondering how to actually live out your faith in the mundane moments of an ordinary day, this episode offers a practical, hopeful way forward. You'll HearWhat overflow evangelism means and why it starts with loving God first, not serving others firstWhy self-denial, rightly understood, is freedom rather than sacrificeHow to use everyday errands like grocery shopping as a training ground for loveWhy paying attention to the stories you tell about strangers reveals the condition of your own heartHow Andrew coaches his own kids through hard decisions using peace as the measure of the right choiceWhy church attendance often defaults to consuming instead of contributingHow practicing mercy, patience, and grace inside the church prepares you to extend it everywhere elseA simple, honest journal prompt for uncovering your own default posture toward peopleJournal PromptSit somewhere with a lot of people around you. You're Not a Victim of Your Circumstances. Here's Why.

2026-07-1418:30

What if the circumstances you're experiencing aren't just happening to you, but are actually being shaped by you?In this episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton continues the coaching series with a shift from judgment to the deeper mindset underneath it.Most of us believe our circumstances are happening to us.Jesus teaches something different. That our inner state is actually creating our experience of those circumstances.Rob unpacks a simple but radical statement: everything you're experiencing, you're creating. Walking through Jesus' teaching on faith, doubt, and the eye as "the lamp of the body," Rob shows how our internal alignment of spirit, soul, and body determines whether we live as victims of circumstance or as people who actively shape their experience through love.Because the goal was never to control what happens to us. It's to notice how our inner world is already shaping how we experience everything that does.If you've ever felt like a victim of your circumstances, wondered why some people seem more resilient in hard seasons, or struggled to understand what it really means to walk by faith, this episode offers a practical framework for taking ownership of your inner life. You'll HearWhy "everything you're experiencing, you're creating" isn't as extreme as it soundsHow Jesus connects faith, doubt, and moving mountainsWhy your triune being (spirit, soul, body) must align for faith to have powerThe difference between being a thermostat and being a thermometerWhy "God is in control" can sometimes work against Jesus' actual teachingHow your inner state shapes what you perceive as good or badWhy victim mindset limits your capacity to lovePractical journal prompts to identify where circumstances still control youJournal PromptsWho would I become if I fully believed that everything I'm experiencing, I'm creating?Holy Spirit, in which area of my life do I let negative circumstances dictate my inner state, instead of the other way around?Links 📘 100xLife Book → https://www.100xlife.com/book 🔥 Become a 100xLife Coach → https://www.100xlife.com/coaching 🚀 Take the 62 Day Challenge → https://www.100xlife.com/challengeChapters00:00 Intro00:53 Recap: Growing Your Capacity to Love02:22 The Question That Changes How You Love04:47 What Judgment Reveals About You07:15 Aligning Spirit, Soul, and Body09:34 Jesus on Faith and Doubt11:35 Rethinking "God Is in Control"14:02 Thermostat vs. Thermometer16:24 This Week's Practice: Noticing How You Create Your Experience17:24 Outro

The Mindsets That Shape Your Life | With Chad Erlenborn & Daniel Girdler

2026-06-1638:48

In this episode, Rob Dayton sits down with two close friends, fellow Master’s Program graduates, and longtime brothers in the journey of spiritual formation: Chad Erlenborn, a pastor and leadership coach, and Daniel Girdler, a realtor and business leader passionate about intentional living.Together, they dive deep into one of the most transformational aspects of following Jesus: mindset.Building on the recent Mindsets of Jesus series, Rob and his guests unpack why true transformation begins not with behavior modification, but with learning how to think differently. They explore how deeply ingrained thought patterns shape our emotions, relationships, faith, and response to suffering, and why renewing the mind may be one of the most important disciplines for anyone serious about spiritual growth.Daniel shares a powerful analogy from his ACL recovery, comparing mindset transformation to painful physical therapy. Just as scar tissue must be broken apart for healing and freedom, old patterns of thinking often require discomfort before lasting change can happen.Chad brings practical examples from marriage, forgiveness, and leadership, showing how simple shifts in perspective can radically transform relationships. From learning to “be the dog” in marriage to reframing difficult circumstances through the lens of eternity, the conversation stays deeply practical while remaining rooted in the teachings of Jesus. The episode closes with a powerful reminder that life is not random chaos. Jesus has given us a framework for transformation. Through intentional mindsets, practiced daily, we learn to think with love, endure suffering with hope, and ultimately live the abundant life He promises. If you’ve ever wondered how to actually change the way you think and experience deeper transformation as a follower of Jesus, this conversation is packed with practical wisdom worth revisiting. You’ll Hear• Why mindset is foundational to following Jesus• How suffering becomes the “gym” where transformation happens• Practical mindset shifts that strengthen marriage and relationships• Why eternal perspective changes how we live today• How forgiveness becomes possible through Christ’s sacrifice• Why Jesus gives us a framework for lasting transformationJournal Prompts• Holy Spirit, what mindset do I need to be working on right now?• Where in my life are You asking me to change the way I think so I can live more like Jesus?Links📘 100xLife Book → https://100xlife.com/book🙌 Join the Next Challenge → https://100xlife.com/challenge📱 Instagram → @100xlifemovementChapters00:00 Introduction to Life Mastery and Mindset03:05 The Power of Mindset in Life07:57 Practical Steps to Shift Mindset10:40 Mindset in Relationships and Marriage15:55 The Importance of Framing in Marriage Mindsets19:23 The Eternal Mindset vs. Lifetime Limited Mindset22:59 The Shift from Getting Better to Getting Closer23:48 Life Reviews: Relationships Over Accomplishments27:40 Mindsets of Love and Relationships31:08 Choosing Hope Over Worry33:34 Forgiveness and Christ's Sacrifice36:55 Exploring Personal Mindsets and Roles37:42 100xLife Podcast Outro.mp4

He challenges the cultural and even church tendency to think only within the boundaries of earthly life and invites listeners to begin living from heaven's reality now.Drawing from scripture, practical teaching, and research surrounding near-death experiences, Rob explains why eternity is not something that begins after death, but a present reality that transforms how we think and live today. He also shares personal reflections about obedience, stewardship, and loosening earthly attachments while offering practical ways to retrain the mind toward heaven, love, and eternal purpose. If you've ever struggled with fear, felt consumed by temporary concerns, or wondered how to live with greater peace and purpose, this episode will stretch your imagination and challenge your perspective. You’ll Hear• Why Rob considers the eternal mindset one of the most important mindsets of Jesus• How the earthly mindset quietly shapes fear, priorities, and decision-making• Why eternity begins now, not simply after death• The difference between living from earth versus living from heaven• What Jesus teaches about reward, stewardship, and storing up treasures in heaven• Why relationships and love matter most in eternity• Rob's personal story of releasing attachment and stewarding resources for the Kingdom• How near-death experiences and scripture together can shape an eternal perspective• Practical ways to meditate on heaven and retrain your thinking toward eternityJournal Prompt• Jesus, describe heaven and its importance.• Holy Spirit, what dominant behavior pattern of mine is inconsistent with the reality of eternity?Links📘 100xLife Book → https://100xlife.com/book🙌 Join the next Challenge → https://100xlife.com/challenge📱 Instagram → @100xlifemovementRecommended Reading📖 Heaven by Randy Alcornhttps://a.co/d/01GneSO6📖 Imagine Heaven by John Burkehttps://a.co/d/04hcwqr7Chapters00:00 Welcome to the 100X Life Podcast00:37 Mindset #10: Eternity Is My Reality03:06 The Challenge of Developing an Eternal Mindset05:43 Understanding the Earthly Mindset08:31 The Reality of Eternity10:45 The Importance of Relationships in Eternity13:38 Books to Shape Your Eternal Mindset16:28 Near-Death Experiences and Their Insights19:20 Practical Steps to Cultivate an Eternal Mindset21:44 Conclusion and Reflection23:51 100xLife Podcast Outro

In this episode, Rob Dayton unpacks one of the most powerful and practical mindsets of Jesus: God is working all things together for my good.Life rarely unfolds the way we want. Delays, disappointment, difficult circumstances, and unanswered questions can quickly pull us toward frustration, fear, or negativity. But Jesus offers another way.Rob shares a personal story of travel delays that became an unexpected opportunity for peace, productivity, and joy. From there, he explores how mindset shapes everything we experience and why your brain is constantly reinforcing whatever you choose to focus on.Using the science of the reticular activator and the truth of Romans 8:28, Rob explains how God designed the mind to work and why believing God's goodness changes how you see every situation. This is not about pretending hard things are easy. Mindsets (Part 8): Worry is Faith in the Enemy

2026-05-1920:18

In this episode, Rob Dayton breaks down one of the sneakiest and most normalized mindsets we carry: worry.Or more specifically… why worry is actually faith in the enemy. Most people think worry is just being responsible, cautious, or realistic. But Jesus paints a very different picture.Worry pulls us out of the present where love exists and traps us in imagined futures that haven’t even happened. It trains the brain to expect fear, rehearse bad outcomes, and slowly lose trust in the goodness of God.Rob unpacks how mindset formation actually works, why your brain can say “no” while your spirit says “yes” to Jesus, and how worry quietly hardwires unbelief into your life. This episode is about learning how to stop rehearsing fear and start retraining your mind toward hope, gratitude, peace, and trust in God’s promises. You’ll Hear Why Rob says “worry is faith in the enemy”  How worry chokes out the words of Jesus  The connection between imagination and mindset formation  Why your brain naturally rehearses fear  How thankfulness helps reprogram your mind  The difference between faith in God and faith in worst-case scenarios  Why worry keeps you from peace, creativity, and trust  Practical ways to capture anxious thoughts before they spiral  How gratitude becomes a weapon against fear Journal Prompts Jesus, why is worry so unhealthy for me?  Holy Spirit, what worries am I rehearsing right now?  What can I become grateful for instead? Links📘 100xLife Book → 100xLife 🙌 Join the next Challenge → 62-Day Challenge 📱 Instagram → @100xlifemovementChapters00:00 Introduction to Mindsets03:10 Understanding Worry as Faith in the Enemy06:10 The Impact of Worry on Faith08:35 Reprogramming the Brain Against Worry11:21 Mindsets to Combat Worry13:33 Practicing Thankfulness to Overcome Worry16:36 Journaling Prompts for Mindset Transformation

Mindsets (Part 7): Unforgiveness Is a Cancer

2026-05-1223:09

In this episode, Rob Dayton breaks down one of the most freeing and most difficult mindsets of Jesus: forgiveness.Or more specifically… why unforgiveness is a cancer.Jesus talks about forgiveness way more seriously than most of us do. We tend to justify resentment, replay offenses, and hold people hostage in our minds without realizing what it’s doing to us.But Jesus paints a different picture.Unforgiveness shuts down love. It re-empowers the enemy. It keeps us stuck in judgment and bitterness. And according to Jesus’ parable of the unforgiving servant, it puts us in jail right alongside the person we refuse to forgive.Rob walks through why forgiveness is not weakness, why grace is the operating system of love, and how to start retraining your mind to see people the way Jesus sees them. This is not about pretending people didn’t hurt you. It’s about learning how to stay free while still living in a broken world. You’ll Hear Why Rob calls unforgiveness “a cancer”  The terrifying warning Jesus gives in Matthew 18  How unforgiveness re-empowers a defeated enemy  Why forgiveness is actually freedom  The difference between justice and personal unforgiveness  How to identify hidden resentment in your heart  Why Jesus still sees people as holy and blameless  The mindset shift that opens your heart back up to love Journal Prompt Holy Spirit, who am I holding resentment toward?  Papa God, why do you love this person so much? Mindsets (Part 6): I Am a Servant to All

2026-05-0519:38

In this episode, Rob Dayton breaks down one of the most counterintuitive mindsets of Jesus that almost no one actually lives out.If you want to be great, become a servant.Jesus doesn’t shut down the desire for greatness. He redirects it. While the world teaches you to get, climb, and compete, Jesus flips it and says the path forward is serving everyone around you.Rob walks through how our brains are wired for self-serving behavior and why most people live in a quiet, transactional mindset without realizing it. Then he shows how to retrain your thinking so service becomes natural, not forced. This is not about being “nice.” This is about rewiring your life around love in action. If you’ve been focused on what you can get, overlooked opportunities to serve, or felt stuck in self-focused patterns, this will challenge you in the best way. You’ll Hear - Why Jesus doesn’t reject the desire for greatness but redefines it  - How a transactional mindset is shaping your relationships  - The hidden reason your brain defaults to self-serving behavior  - What it actually means to live as a servant in everyday life  - How to align your talent, passion, and purpose into a life of service  - Why love is not real unless it is expressed through action  - A simple question that will shift how you show up in every situation  - How small moments of service rewire your thinking over time Journal Prompt - Papa God, when you created me, what kind of service to others were you thinking about?  - Holy Spirit, give me the power to transform the way I think about serving others. Links📘 100xLife Book → https://100xlife.com 🙌 Join the next Challenge → https://100xlife.com/challenge 📱 Instagram → @100xlifemovementChapters00:00 Welcome to the 100X Life Podcast00:36 Why transformation starts with how you think 07:22 Recap of the Mindsets of Jesus 14:02 The battle between what you want and what you naturally do 21:42 The servant mindset explained 28:42 Why we default to transactional thinking 35:21 Practicing service in everyday moments

Not as obstacles, not as interruptions, not as competition, but as deeply loved sons and daughters made in His image. He exposes the inward mindsets that quietly shape how we judge others and ourselves, and shows how those patterns keep us stuck. This is not just a perspective shift. This is a daily practice that will completely change how you interact with people, how you see yourself, and how you move through the world. If you’ve been frustrated with people, easily irritated, or stuck in comparison, this one is going to confront you in the best way. You’ll Hear- Why most people live in an “inward mindset” without realizing it- The 4 common thought patterns that lead to judgment, comparison, and frustration- How seeing people as obstacles is shaping your behavior more than you think- What it actually means that every person bears the image of God- Why this mindset has the fastest and most noticeable impact on your life- How Jesus’ teaching on judgment exposes what’s really going on internally- A simple, practical way to retrain your thinking in everyday moments- How shifting to an outward mindset changes how you treat people instantlyJournal Prompt- Papa God, why do you love people so much?- How have you uniquely designed me to love others the way you do?Links📘 100xLife Book → https://100xlife.com 🙌 Join the next Challenge → https://100xlife.com/challenge 📱 Instagram → @100xlifemovementChapters00:00 Welcome to the 100X Life Podcast00:36 Life Update and Freedom Through Obedience07:22 Recap of the Mindsets of Jesus14:02 You Are the Dwelling Place of God21:42 The Image Bearer Mindset28:42 The 4 Inward Mindsets35:21 Practicing an Outward Mindset

Mindsets (Part 4): God is Already With You

2026-04-2118:34

In this episode, Rob Dayton breaks down one of the core mindsets of Jesus that most people miss completely. You are not trying to get closer to God. You are already His dwelling place.Rob walks through what it means to live with the mindset that the Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit are not distant, they are actively dwelling in you right now. He challenges the way many Christians think about prayer, presence, and obedience, and calls out the subtle disbelief that keeps people living like God is far away. This is not just theology. This is a mindset that rewires how you see yourself, how you see others, and how you walk through everyday life.If you’ve been asking God to show up instead of recognizing that He already has, this will hit. You’ll Hear Why having the “mind of Christ” is not symbolic, it is available now  What a mindset actually is and how it shapes your entire life  How your dominant thoughts become your behavior, character, and legacy  Why asking God to “be with you” can reveal a deeper disbelief  What Jesus teaches about oneness with the Father in John 13–17  How obedience becomes the pathway to transforming your thinking  Practical ways to train your mind to believe you are the dwelling place of God Journal PromptJesus, tell me about your excitement of dwelling inside me. Mindsets (Part 3): Living His Word Is My Freedom

2026-04-1426:57

Rob Dayton continues the 10 Jesus Mindsets series with a bold claim: living the words of Jesus is not restrictive, it is freedom. In this episode, he breaks down how mindsets shape everything from your internal dialogue to your emotional reactions, and why true transformation happens when your unconscious thinking aligns with Jesus.Rob explains how mental prisons form through fear, condemnation, and catastrophizing, and how Jesus offers a different path. 2026-04-0724:33

Real transformation begins by changing the way you think and learning to follow His direction in real time.He also unpacks what it actually looks like to be led by Jesus today. Not physically walking behind Him, but learning to spend time with Him, listen for direction, practice obedience, and ask throughout the day, “Where are you taking me?” This mindset turns faith from theory into daily movement. You’ll walk away with practical ways to develop this mindset, recognize evidence of being led by Jesus, and begin practicing it this week.If you want to move from believing in Jesus to actually being led by Him, this episode gives you the starting point. You’ll hear: The mindset of living as one being led by Jesus  How thoughts shape words, actions, habits, and destiny  Why belief must become alignment in real life  What it looks like to follow Jesus today  Evidence that you are actually being led by Him  Practical ways to practice this mindset this week  How to ask Jesus for direction in everyday moments Journal PromptJesus, where are you taking me right now? What would it look like for me to live today as one being led by you?Links 📘 100xLife Info → https://100xlife.com 🙌 Join the next Challenge → https://100xlife.com/challengeChapters 00:00 Welcome + mindset series recap 04:30 Why thoughts shape destiny 12:00 The mindset of being led by Jesus 22:00 Evidence of following Jesus 33:00 Practicing the mindset this week 42:00 Commitment and closing

Creating New Mindsets That Actually Change You

2026-01-1213:45

In today’s episode, Rob Dayton challenges a core issue in modern Christianity. Most believers want change without changing how they think. As Day 11 of the 62 Day Challenge continues, Rob explains why Jesus begins with repent and believe. Repentance is not about shame. It is about changing your mindset so you can actually follow Him.Rob unpacks how focus shapes reality. We are not disturbed by what happens to us. We are disturbed by the meaning we attach to it. The stories we rehearse determine our emotions, reactions, and ability to love.Jesus does not call us to admire His words. He calls us to live them. Why Jesus Begins With How We Think

2026-01-0520:25

In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton dives deep into the role of mindset in actually following Jesus, not just believing in Him.As the 62 Day Challenge continues, Rob explains why transformation always begins in the mind and why Jesus starts His ministry with the command to repent and believe. Repentance is not about feeling bad. It is about changing the way you think.Rob unpacks how our thoughts shape our emotions, reactions, and behaviors, often without us realizing it. He challenges listeners to examine the stories they are telling themselves about people, adversity, and even God. Those stories quietly determine whether we live offended, fearful, and reactive, or grounded, peaceful, and loving. This episode confronts a core issue in modern Christianity. Many believers want outward obedience without inward renewal. Jesus demands the opposite. If you want the abundant life He promises, your mindset has to be rebuilt around His truth. You will hear:Why mindset determines whether you can live the words of JesusWhat repentance actually means and why Jesus starts thereHow thoughts program emotions and automatic reactionsWhy most offense, worry, and fear are mindset issuesHow attaching new meaning can create an unoffendable heartWhy believing comes before seeing in the KingdomHow an eternal mindset reshapes adversity, leadership, and loveJournal Prompt Journal from the Holy Spirit in the first person.“Reveal a story I am telling myself that is poisoning my ability to love.”“What new story, based on Your truth, do You want me to tell myself instead?”Resources and Links📘 100xLife Book → https://100xlife.com📱 Instagram → @100xlifemovementJoin the 62 Day Challenge🙌 Individuals → https://100xlife.com/challenge👥 Coaches → https://subscribepage.io/100xCoach🏠 Churches → https://subscribepage.io/church-challenge

In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton marks the one year anniversary of the show by returning to a core question. Why do the 100xLife Challenge at all?Using a bold metaphor, Rob asks listeners to imagine Christianity as something that must be practiced, not just learned. He explains what it actually means to “win” at following Jesus and why most believers never train for it.This episode reframes spiritual growth around multiplication, self control, and intentional practice. Rob explains how the 62 Day Challenge exists to train the mind, body, and spirit to live the words of Jesus in real life. You will hear:What Jesus means by multiplying His wordsFour ways Christians “win” in the KingdomWhy learning is not the same as practicingHow self control fuels real transformationWhy the 62 Day Challenge is a repentance strategyJournal Prompts - Journal from Jesus in the first person.1. “Show me where you have grown the most in following Me.”2. “What growth strategy am I asking you to deploy in 2026?”Resources and Links📘 100xLife Book → https://100xlife.com 📱 Instagram → @100xlifemovementJoin the 62 Day Challenge 🙌 Individuals → https://100xlife.com/challenge 👥 Coaches → https://subscribepage.io/100xCoach 🏠 Churches → https://subscribepage.io/church-challengeChapters00:00 Celebrating One Year of 100xLife Podcast02:47 Understanding the 62 Day Challenge05:39 Winning in Christianity: The Game Metaphor11:45 Practicing Christianity: The 100 X Life Challenge16:11 Self-Control and Spiritual Growth22:12 Hearing God's Voice and Transformation27:47 Preparing for the 62 Day Challenge

How You See People Changes Everything

2025-12-0824:34

In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton hits a nerve in the church. We often think our lack of joy comes from “difficult people.” But Rob says it comes from how you see them. Jesus’ command to “regulate how you see” is not poetic, it is a weapon for daily life.Rob breaks down the simple tool that reveals whether your heart is full of light or full of darkness. It is not complicated. You either see people as obstacles or as image bearers. Stop Saying “I’m Just a Mom” with Izabella Boyd

2025-12-0142:47

In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton sits down with 100xLife coach and stay at home strategist, Izabella Boyd, and goes right after a quiet lie in the church: that staying home is “less than” and that motherhood is a holding pattern until your “real calling” shows up.Izabella shares how 15 years of homeschooling a son with learning challenges became her training ground for leadership, not her sideline. She walks through how the Master’s Program, TMPx, and the 100xLife challenge helped her see that discipling her family at the table is not a consolation prize, it is kingdom work. Then she tells the truth about resentment, hidden idolatry in marriage, and how the Words of Jesus on “deny yourself” exposed her coping habits with food, shopping, and fantasy expectations of her husband. If you are a stay at home mom who secretly thinks you are “just” anything, or a husband who has quietly treated your wife’s role as small, this episode will confront you. It will push you to find your value in Jesus instead of in your kids, your career, or your spouse, and to treat the home as a serious field for the Great Commission. You will hear:Why “I am just a stay at home mom” is an agreement with a lie, not humilityHow 15 years of homeschooling became Izabella’s boot camp for her future coaching businessThe difference between “my kids are my purpose” and “my kids are my training ground”How undervaluing your own role quickly turns into quietly undermining your husbandThe painful moment Izabella realized she was using Bible verses against her spouseWhat the 100xLife word “Deny Yourself” exposed in her: resentment, overeating, shopping, and a flesh led lifeWhy coaching is often the missing piece for Christian women who feel stuck between home and marketplaceHow Izabella is building “Your Calling Awaits” to help stay at home women step into the Great Commission, not just survive the empty nest👉 Reflect and ApplyJesus, where have I agreed with the lie that my role is small, and where am I expecting my spouse to give me what only You can give.Journal PromptIf you are a stay at home woman:Write out the sentence, “I am just a…” then finish it honestly. Now cross it out and rewrite it with Jesus. 2025-11-2430:36

In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton goes straight at your holiday mindset and calls out the passive Christian approach to Thanksgiving and Christmas. No more “just survive your relatives.” No more blaming your reactions on everyone else.Rob shows how gratitude is not a November mood. It is repentance in action, a spiritual weapon, and a very real way to retrain your brain before you walk into the room that usually triggers you.Instead of letting childhood wounds and old stories run the table again, Rob walks through how gratitude changes your physiology, your emotions, and your spiritual posture.
